In the second half of the night, we go through the REM phase of sleep. During this phase, we dream and our bodies are motionless. We intermittently and very briefly wake up to change our sleeping position without consciously remembering this.
Through a built-in kinesiometer, Sleeptracker® records the number and intensity of these light phases of sleep.

The wake-up time marks the latest possible time at which the Sleeptracker wakes you up, if there are no light sleep phases within your pre-selected wake-up time windows.
If you have set your wake-up time window for between 06:30 and 07:00, for example, the Sleeptracker could wake you up at an "Almost-Awake" moment at 6.40, but certainly at 07:00 at the latest.

The Sleeptracker stores your sleep phase pattern for 12 hours. In this way, you can review how often you were 'almost-awake' during the previous night.
With the Sleeptracker PRO software provided, you can comfortably analyse your sleep pattern on your PC.
Recording begins at the time set in the "To Bed" feature. For best results, set this for 30 minutes after the time you expect to fall asleep.

The SLEEPTRACKER® not only records your sleep, but also functions as a normal clock and gives you the time, the day and the date.
During the day you can wear it as a watch, and at night use it as an alarm clock, and adjust it like any other digital watch.
